Citi Bank wanted to launch mobile banking for new clients and for their existing clients to start using mobile banking by focusing on the benefits of the efficiencies and time savings.
Objective and Approach:
Launching a digital campaign that reinforced the benefit of convenience. Developing online banners to drive traffic to the website to register. The campaign included a gamification element whereby submitting campaign clues once registering to the app and using it to find the clues for a chance to win 20,000 PremierMiles
The campaign generated 72K downloads and a 14% conversion rate.
